CAWF are leading the information campaign across the borough with new staff being allocated to deliver outreach work. This will be from the libraries and their shop front office on Hoe Street

The Council administer Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support and Local Welfare Assistance (formerly LWA). They also have a fund called Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP) which can be used to help with deposits and dealing with certain debts.

Walthamstow Job Centre Plus

Face-to-face appointments with work coaches are held here. They also have a community hub at the front of the office where you can access support with accessing the internet and enhancing your employment opportunities
